7525 Browns Run Road, Madison Twp, OH 45042

Cute cottage, located in an idyllic spot in Butler county. A creek runs along the edge of the property. Shade trees everywhere you look. If you love camping and country living, then this is the one for you. Plenty of windows, so you see the view at all times. Good size living room and kitchen. Patio along the rear of the house, and a good size shed to boot. Did I mention that it was almost half an acre? You need to come see this one. Creek is 100 year flood way. Owner does not pay flood insurance currently.
