3244 US Rt 68, Union Twp, OH 45177

One of the most quaint and charming homes we've seen in the country for some time!! Coming in from the spacious two car garage through the sunroom is the primary entrance; comfortable first floor contains ample sized, carpeted living room as well as a very special kitchen with handsome wood wall and base cabinetry (dishwasher, range, refrigerator, and microwave all stay!!); also on the main floor is a master bedroom suite with full bath, study or second bedroom, and half bath; upper level contains two full sized bedrooms and second full bath; there is an unfinished, poured basement with 1578 square feet; Dana Smith, the builder of this home in 1993, was a perfectionist as he put together a beautiful and well built oversized doll house!! Privacy is also a key to this very special three acre country estate !!
